Art & Photography
All art collectionsPhotographs are just the first step in my creative process. Using Photoshop, I digitally blend and transform images to create photo-artistic artworks. Some may look photorealistic but others will look painterly, depending on my intent. I also create mixed media and watercolour paintings.

This is one of three of Judi’s bird print I bought recently (the other ones were of a Kaka and a Ruru). I just love the blues and greens of this beautiful Tui, the quality of all Judi’s prints are amazing, I highly recommend them 🙂

My colleague and I were fortunate enough to meet Judi in her lovely studio in Karori and secure the last copy of the ruru print in the size we were after. We gave the print as a gift and it was everything we could have hoped for! 10/10 would definitely go back!
I love the Tui bird so much so I have had a dog called Tui. I’m also in a rebuild stage after cyclone Gabrielle and your prints of the Tui have inspired the colours for the interior. I already had one of your prints and it has been beside my bed since the 14 Feb. Each room I am hoping to have a Tui in it somewhere.

I love Nz native birds - Rifleman especially, but it’s hard finding a photo that looks like art, rather than just a close up of a bird. This photo is stunning , it captures the character of this tiny bird, and is visually beautiful.
The beautifully presented and framed Tui is a Christmas gift for my husband. We’re travelling around NZ for the next 15 months so a tiny perfectly framed picture is perfect for him. It arrived in good time, gift wrapped and in perfect condition - I could not have wished for better. ☺️
